Snapshot with new location for configuration file

I pushed a new version a little bit earlier of the vcc-main. I not allows your configuration to be in  ~/Library/Preferences. Note that this is the LAST directory it will look for. So you have to make sure there are no vcc.properties in your ~ directory or in the same directory you started vcc in.

I decided to to this as an optional and manual move because this is not really the correct format for file in the ~/Library/Preferences, so I'd rather have the user explicitly move the files there. This does effectively remove the the need for the file in home Directory.
