I just pushed a new build which has the menu links to the web UI for player (see menu View > Player View)

Dumped the web manual as a HTML to the same internal server.

I am considering releasing this after some testing on a Mac of the complete build.

hi Thomas

I've tried new version with Player view,
generally looks really promising, although some CSS work required, on safari devices tables are not well-aligned.

Also, I've found a problem, monster, that already has an initiative but not yet revealed by PCs shown to them on players board, what is not really cool

That is a big issue to tackle. Once monster have initiative they appear. Not sure how to control revealing monster. I would not like to add new controls at this time. What I did in one combat was hide a monster by not rolling it's initiative.

Was that on a normal Browser or a mobile device?
I have noticed some devices lose connection. I could add a reconnect button.

Other thing I was thing. To hide combatant we could use an effect. Maybe something like "hidden", "unrevealed" and have this exclude them form the player view. I think that is reasonably simple to implement.

The drawback is that this is not obvious to users. The ideal solution was to have a DM screen (or web page) that allows you to chose what is seen and the display name (monster names are revealing).

I want to move away from the Swing screen as soon as possible. But maybe it could be usefull.
