Về việc chấm công tháng 8.2013

Kính gửi phòng mình,

Vì việc gia đình, tầm nửa đầu tháng 8 em sẽ phải nghỉ 1 số ngày. Để tránh việc cuối tháng chấm công mọi người quên mất và em không kịp update, phòng mình khi ai đi công tác, xin nghỉ phép thì email cho em để em tổng hợp vào bảng chấm công nhé. Đồng thời mọi người làm lun đơn xin nghỉ phép và gửi chị Mai Phòng Hành chính Quản trị trước hoặc NGAY sau ngày nghỉ (tránh chị Mai thường xuyên nhắc nhở qua em).

Vì ngày em nghỉ sẽ phụ thuộc vào việc gia đình, không có ngày cố định nên việc làm Báo cáo đi muộn sẽ có chút khó khăn, không theo dõi kịp thời nên trong tháng 8 này, anh Hiếu có thể điều phối 1 cán bộ khác phụ trách Báo cáo đi muộn giúp em nhé để đảm bảo quyền lợi của các cán bộ trong phòng.

Về các báo cáo Quỳnh vẫn đảm nhiệm, sau khi xem xét khả năng hỗ trợ của cán bộ Phòng thì có Nghĩa sẽ tạm thời hỗ trợ Quỳnh trong tháng 8. Quỳnh bàn giao lại đầy đủ thông tin để Nghĩa thực hiện. Thanks,
