Program Overview:
MTO program is a course plan of 12 months, having the following rigorous learning activities, each Management Trainee will embrace and qualify to become Store Business Manager.
•Get Rotation in the multi-faceted major business functions @ on-the-job learning assignments.
•Go through a customized training curriculum in specific business, management and personal development areas for ongoing professional and personal career guidance.
•Receive in-depth product knowledge of all the product lines from the product business segments.
•Deployed throughout all the retail category stores, ranging from multiple profiles stores to flagship business units across regions as a part of MTO learning course in the discipline-specific area.
•Demonstrate his/her potential and capability by undertaking various  projects and delivering regular presentations to the retail management.
Eligibility Criteria for application:
•Preferably Masters, Minimum University Graduate with specialization in Marketing.
•Minimum 3.0 CGPA or atleast 70% marks (where GPA system is not applicable).
•Maximum 26 years of age on July 1, 2013.
