Venturer Camp accounts

Hello everyone, The year is almost over and I wish everyone the very best for the next year. I hope that everyone is looking forward to a great co-camp in the coming year. As you will see we made a modest loss with Venturer Camp this year. This is mainly due to the fact that we were expecting an internal grant of 10k from the Woodcraft Folk General Council, due to some of the finiaical problems natinally this grant was not forthcomming and we were also unscuesfful with some other grants. Particular thanks should go to DMU and Face Your Elephant, TREE and the Midlands Coop who were able to give us donations or payments relating to camp as well as Andy Piercy for being awarded the grant to get our international guests to camp. Saying that we were able to put on a fantastic camp at below budget expenditure and I hope everyone thinks that it was well worth it at a cost to camp which has not gone up since 2005! Hi Lloyd

could you let me have the spreadsheet please. Some of the items were very well controlled though food seems to have gone over rather and there was food left over of course.  Can you also provide a bit more info on the Admin costs, planning/prep?
