Bookings and Money

Hello Everyone, I have just returned from a busy trip in China meeting the All China Youth Federation and the Pioneer - very interesting and we are looking at securing money for further exchanges with many more young people starting next year. On to Venturer Camp firstly the make up of villages and placements will happen at Pre-Camp, this is the first moment when we have a picture of how many people are coming as bookings (with late fee now) are still coming in. In terms of deadlines I hope that this helps: End of May - Final invoices sent out by email End of June - Second call for final payments 5th July - Final Payment Deadline (any payments after this date may incur an additional £10 charge if delay in payment is not agreed with coordinators beforehand.) I hope that this helps and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at pre-camp or Annual Gathering in some weeks time.
