Hi

I've had a few queries from our DFs:
1) "i sent an email to the party tent but i put the wrong email i
sent them another one with the right address but they haven't
replied." When can she be expected to hear?
2) "The flexible, multiple role idea sounded good to me but I'm not
sure if I send a reply to all of the centres I'm interested in or if
I contact someone else???"

Thanks

Hi Mig,

1) Different centres will reply to all the volunteers at different times. I will ask Sarah (who is coordinating party at the moment) to look into it, but I can't promise anything.
2) I am not sure what you mean with this. Can you explain?

Thanks,
Magico

Hi Magico

Thanks for reply.

Re multiple flexible roles, the AJC website says 'In the past you had to have 1 role for the whole week but now with The Awesome Job Centre you have the flexiblity to change round during the week so you get the most from volunteering at V-Camp. There are loads of roles to get interested in, have a browse of the centres and teams list bellow to see what grabs your attention. Just get in touch with any questions.'

Our DF's question is, does she contact all the centres she wants to be involved in and negotiate with them one by one, or is there a single person she should contact who will co-ordinate the flexible roles.  And also does she have a say in which centres  she wants to get involved in, or if she signs up for multiple flexible roles, will  she be allocated according to the need of the camp?

Hope that's clearer.

Thanks
Mig

Sup Mig et Magico,

1) Sarah is a good start but she is not coordinating Party. Nikki Tomkins and Cara Hammond are with a few other people
i reccomend forwarding your e-mail to

<nikki....@gmail.com>
<caralarath...@hotmail.com>
<sarah.ru...@googlemail.com>

somebody will reply! and if they don't give me a call on 07985470579

2) In the ideal world a DF would contact every centre coordinator they were interested in and The Awesome Job Centre (me) saying what they wanted in terms of a flexible role, an e-mail to all the relevant e-mail addresses would work. Some DFs have just been contacting The Awesome Job Centre. Again if all these e-mails are getting a bit confusing just get her to give me a call and we can work it out.

Thanks
