apply in arabic only , Only name of your wife type in english as its
mentiioned in passport and remaining other matter only in arabic

Take the print out and take the stamp and signature of the sponsor (your
Kafeel,) and chamber of commerce if you have the salary certificate on your
company letter head but it should be attested by chamber of commerce so
submit it immediately.
