Cannot access the Kernel driver

Hi All
When Install Sun Virtual Box 3.1.6, Next day try to restart the
Virtual Box , ubuntu 9.x. Below error prompted. Is common error ?
Cannot access the Kernel driver

Window XP SP3.

Tried Reinstll Virtual Box 3.1.6. Above error fixed. Why Happened ?

    I don't think it's a common issue, maybe it's caused by a software conflict or something, which is common in Windows. - -
    BTW, this is Virtualbox Chinese users group, feel free to speak Chinese here.
