Role: Sr. Business Analyst

Location: Plano, TX (Locals preferred)

Duration: Long Term

 

Required Skillset:

Minimum of 9+ years of hands-on experience with the following:

-          Proficient on Healthcare Payer and Provider Domain subject areas

-          Eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements

-          Documenting well defined BRDs

-          Implementing and supporting Care Management applications

-          Experience and Exposure to HEDIS measures, HIPAA regulations

-          Facilitating solution evaluation, selection, and design

-          Ability to speak to the various aspect of the SDLC

-          Providing business systems analysis processes and tools subject matter expertise

-          Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology

-          SQL scripting; familiar with SQL database architecture and administration

-          Analyzing and providing solutions and recommendations for improved Care Management operational efficiencies

-          Proficiency with MS Office Suite that includes Visio process mapping

-          Exposure to Dataware housing concepts

 

Required Soft Skills:

-          Good analytical and problem-solving skills

-          Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

-          Exceptional documentation skills

-          Proficiency in English language (as a medium of communication)

-          Frank and open communication with peers and higher-ups about realistic estimations and meeting timelines/expectations and proactive communication of issues and concerns thereof

-          Assertiveness in communicating ideas, estimates, scope and timelines
