Position: IBM BPM Developer
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Duration: 6+ Months

Technical Skill:

• Hand on experience on 8.5.7, 8.6 or BAW
• Hand on experience on BAW UI(Spark UI)
• Good knowledge on WSDL and REST integration
• Good knowledge on UCA’s, timer events and intermediate BPD event
• Knowledge on teams and team service
• Good knowledge on best practices and performance related concepts
• Hand on experience on designing BPD’s/Processes
• Good DB knowledge. Oracle knowledge would be desirable
• IID knowledge is good to have but not necessary
• Experience in customization of BAW UI would be good to have

Non-Technical Skill:

• Be part of the new requirements/bugs grooming secession
• Understand requirements and check feasibility
• Provide design and analysis of requirements/bugs
• Provide effort estimates
• Research and create POC’s
• Prepare Documentation for all implementation
• Create tickets for QA deployment
• Generate adhoc reports for BA’s/Management
• Great communication skills.
