Position: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Hoboken, NJ
Duration: Long Term

Job Description:
Experience: 10+ years (M Level);– 5+ years of ServiceNow relevant experience

• Hands-on experience in development, testing, BA or any part of the SDLC.
• Experience in direct customer interaction – must have – in an advisory role.
• Experience in process designing sessions and documented process flows – implemented ITSM/ITIL for few customers.
• Evaluated and documented business processes and functional requirements.
• Ability to analyze a system correctly and forecast the technological life-cycle in the immediate future. Vision to correctly forecast the customers’ requirements in near future.
• Sprint planning and business estimation experience with Dev, test and other stake holders.

Technical Expertise:

• ServiceNow Experience a must have.
• Strong knowledge on ITIL process methodologies – not only theoretical but hands on experience a must.
• Should be able to demonstrate knowledge in ServiceNow and process knowledge harmony.
• Hands-on experience – must have - in any one – IM, PM, CM, Requirement Gathering, BA all pertaining to ServiceNow.
• Well-versed in SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies: JavaScript, Glide Objects, Web Services, REST, SOAP.
• Strong Understanding of Change & Release management
• Expertise in developing: Solutions & Proposals
• Strong communication skills & ability to manage communication with customer & offshore teams.
