Jr. Business Analyst with Story Writing or Author Exp

Location – Brooklyn, OH

Long term

Rate: $40/hr on C2C

NEED OPT CANDIDATES!

JD –

 

• Understand multiple applications and translate the business requirement into the user stories. 
• Document functional requirements and identify gaps and risks related to the project.
• Design and validate solutions independently and coordinate with the business and technology counterparts to ensure the proposed solutions fit into the strategy and application framework 
• An understanding of the Agile and waterfall software development lifecycle
• Conduct requirements-gathering activities and PI meetings
• Experience in the Banking and Finance domain ; account origination experience would be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Expertise in MS Visio and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills 
• Excellent relationship builder 
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex projects 
• Must be an excellent multi-tasker with strong organizational skills
