Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect
Location: Holmdel, NJ
Duration: Long Term

Primary Skills:

• SFMC Implementation, Email Studio, SAP, IP Warming, Exact target/SFMC query skills, Certified Marketing Cloud Developer, SSJS, AMPScript, Data Extensions, Data Model for SFMC, Data Queries within SQL, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, Forms, Mobile Studio, Omni-Channel Campaigns
• We need a strong SFMC Architect Lead with experience with SFMC Org Consolidation if possible.
• Any insurance or group insurance experience would be great

Must Have:

• Implementation of E2E workflows, inclusive of:
• Data Extensions
• Automations
• Journeys
• Cross-Channel Contact Management
• Preference Management
• Experience with Email & Push through SFMC
• Integration experience for API triggered messages
• Experience with the SFMC connector (the native integration between SFSC and SFMC)
• Can write SQL queries & AmpScript
• Retrieve object API
• Contact data portability
• Provide solutions for multiple complex use cases
• Non-sendable data extensions
• SFMC Data model
• Solution focused with SFMC understanding
• Push notifications
• Preferences management

Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) Nice to Have:

• Contact Management / Dedup efforts (cleanup and go-forward prevention)
• Experience with these features: Live Agent snap, Omni-Channel, Case Management
• Experience with Process Builder/Workflows/Triggers
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning
• Experience in SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, XML, and JavaScript
• Experience with Apex programming
• Possibly Heroku Connect
