Position: SAP Project Management
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 1 Year

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project life-cycle from end-to-end to facilitate successful delivery of Supplier Collaboration initiative.
• Develop key planning activities, produce overall project timeline and execute detailed project plans according to agreed timelines. These detailed plans include but not limited to measurement of key metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
• Lead daily huddle call with all cross-functional IT teams to discuss progress, challenges, etc.
• Provide periodic status reports and executive summaries to PepsiCo management & Suppliers to provide recommendations and status updates.
• Identity & communicate issues, changes, risks and develop mitigation plans with the correct priorities to keep project on track.
• Lead, align and coordinate effort between PepsiCo cross-functional teams & various different Suppliers, especially during requirement gatherings, integration testing and go-live.
• Identify key metrics & implement strategies for the measurements & reporting of those metrics, especially for ensuring Production Stability, Business Efficiency and ROI/Cost Optimization.
• Motivate work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

Qualifications:

• SAP Project Management Experience
• SAP APO SNC module
• SAP SNC/ICH expertise
• SNC/EDI integration
