Job Description:
Experience in managing ITIL driven business environment With hands on experience in managing Major incidents Initial and ongoing communication via SMS text and email notification processes Lead incident management team to be able to triage multiple severity issues at a given time Engages technology teams to troubleshoot and remediate major incidents Provide regular reportupdate to leadership on major incidents Identify critical changes which might impact the environment and identify ways of minimizing impact Engage Business Continuity team when business coordination is necessary for staff relocation andor notification Be a source of reliable input to problem management team for effective resolution of problems in the environment Provides a managed level of service at agreed SLA to all users Forecasts
