Position: Ecommerce Business Analyst
Location: Springfield, MO
Duration: 6+ Months

The must skills should be good in Retail/WebSphere Commerce e-Comm BA experience, Preferably B2C. Having B2B is also good.

Job Description:

• Minimum five plus years of Ecomm WebSphere Commerce (WCS) Business Analyst experience is mandatory.
• Experience in collecting/documenting Ecomm requirements for WebSphere Commerce platforms
• Experience in transforming data into information, highly organized, technically-minded and excellent communication skills.
• Analyzing, Documenting and Monitoring of various business initiatives and business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency, effectiveness or success, and oversee the collaborative process of implementing improvements.
• Experience with Agile SDLC.
• Experience in working closely with Product Owners or business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory as a candidate has to demo and participate in various meetings.
• Experience in JIRA/Confluence would be an added advantage.
• Nice to have Sterling OMS or Yantra and WMS experience to gather/understand supply chain related requirements.
• Nice to have similar E-commerce Business Analyst experience in Open Source E-commerce, Hybris, WooCommerce platforms.
