Position: QE Test Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN - (Hybrid - ((Atlanta people must need to relocate to Nashville))
Duration: Long Term Contract

Need Only Locals (F2F Interview)

Job Summary:
Own overall QA delivery for the PIE program. Lead test strategy, execution, reporting, and client coordination for functional, automation, performance, and chaos testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end QA strategy for voice ordering, group ordering, and Pie API workflows
• Lead test planning, estimations, execution tracking, and risk management
• Own JIRA test management, defect triage, and RCA with client stakeholders
• Review automation coverage (API), performance, and chaos test results
• Provide weekly status reports and Phase 1 QA summary
• Coordinate with Dev, Infra, and Product teams

Required Skills:

• 10+ years in QA with strong leadership experience
• API testing and automation oversight (Loadmill preferred)
• Experience with mobile, backend, and integration testing
• Strong understanding of performance and resiliency testing concepts
• Client-facing communication skills
• JIRA and Confluence expertise
