Position: Release Engineer with AWS Cognito & Delivery Management Experience
Location: Dallas, TX or Nashville, TN - (Need Only Locals)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Mode on Interview: 1 teams call, 1 Face to Face interview must


Note: Consultant can work remotely, But for every 2 months needs to go Dallas office to meet the team, and once in every three months need to travel Nashville, TN office for couple of days to meet onsite Team.

Job Summary:
The Release/Build Coordination Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of software releases and builds. This role ensures that releases are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. The manager will work closely with development, QA, operations, and project management teams to streamline the release process and mitigate risks.

Must Have: 10+ Years experience overall IT experience

Release Planning and Coordination:
Develop and maintain release schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business goals.
Coordinate release activities across multiple teams, including development, QA, and operations.
Manage release documentation, including release notes and deployment guides.

Build Management:
Oversee the build process, ensuring that builds are stable, reliable, and repeatable.
Implement and maintain build automation tools and processes.
Troubleshoot build issues and work with development teams to resolve them.

Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with releases and builds.
Develop contingency plans to address potential release issues.

Communication and Collaboration:
Serve as the primary point of contact for release-related inquiries and issues.
Facilitate communication between development, QA, operations, and project management teams.
Conduct release readiness reviews and post-release retrospectives.

Continuous Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve release and build processes.
Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of release management
