Position: Network Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

• The scope of this role will be all US and Canada locations that have MPLS circuits, Network Service Nodes, or Data Center services that require network services including Wide Area Network, Local Area Network, Wireless, Firewalls, Load Balancers, DNS/DHCP, Proxy, Network Port Lockdown, Secure Vendor Access, Virtual Private Network services.
• Review service requests for network requirement accuracy and follow up with customers as they need to adjust business requirements and timing.
• Enterprises Network Security Project Delivery/Execution:  Review Project Scope, Create Service Request with Vendor for Stake-Holder and Network Implementer alignment, Review Design & Implementation Plans, Testing and Sign-offs documents.
• Change Management: Create Changes as per Project delivery schedule; seek approval with CAB Board for Implementation.
• Develop process improvements as needed in order to simplify the overall work intake process while improving Customer Satisfaction.
• Assist and drive supplier management tasks, reviewing supplier reporting, as well as developing, planning and executing action plans.
