Position: Business Analyst With Retail Domain
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: Long Term

Job Description:
  • Worked are Business Analyst   for at least 4 to 5 years,
  • Understanding of retail domain - Strong in Stores, Stores Backroom & Supply chain management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business professionals, executives and developers
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Familiar with client-server, browser-based and/or mainframe applications
  • Familiar with SDLC & Agile methodologies
  • Familiar with ITIL concepts
Roles & Responsibility:
  • Responsible for  documentation of functional aspects of application into application handbook (working in conjunction with technical support team)
  • Responsible for documenting the business process flow (L0, L1, L2 levels)
  • Will be the liaison to the support (technical) team interacting with business on incidents / service requests that require deep functional understanding
  • Ability to craft concise communications of a technical nature to a business community & provide necessary clarifications
  • Act as a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the review of application / business process flows during service introduction phases
  • Identify opportunities for proactive support, best practices and training
  • Work with Business & IT stakeholders in defining the business outcomes and corresponding SLA & KPI’s
  • Drive in the transformation in maturing from IT SLA to Business SLA’s
  • Work hand in hand with the technical support team in diagnose, analysis and formulate recommendations for issues that are functional in nature
  • To avoid knowledge debt, educates user community on “how to” questions from business
  • Provide Functional / domain knowledge training to technical analysts as they onboard into the tower
  • Participate actively in business status meeting
  • During & post critical / high incidents, help in business facing communications
