Position: Automation Quality Engineer
Location: Boston, MA/Reston, VA/Pittsburg, PA
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

• Proven work experience in a software development environment
• Proven work experience as a software quality assurance engineer
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in Website (eCommerce is ideal), APIs, and batch oriented program testing
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test cases
• 5+ years hands-on experience creating automated tests in Java or JavaScript or Python
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Strong ability to do model driven development
• Ability to code but also to leverage tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Experience managing onsite/offshore resources a plus
• API driven testing a plus
• Cucumber experience a plus
