Ø  Knowledge in .Net /Sharepoint
Ø  MSIT/ MCA / B.Tech / M.Sc (Computers) with minimum 60% marks (In all semester’s)
Ø  Good Communication is a must (Both Verbal & Written Skills)
 
Interview Process:
 
Our interview process is designed with a lot of care to eliminate any backlogs and discrepancies. The process includes
 
1.    Written Test (1 Hour - Technical questions based on Dotnet/Java/PHP and Web Competency)
2.    Programming Test (3 Hours - Conducted in our office – Based on the skill chosen by the candidate)
3.    Technical Interview (In-person interview with the interview panel - Conducted in our office)
4.    HR Discussion (In-person interview with the HR)
