Now that construction is moving in critical phase (and also they may start flats work), so lets start taking some collective decision.

Some of the things that we can discuss:


1. How many of us got the demand due for 10th july?
2. Is plot marking work done?
3. Is HDFC disbursing this demand as of now?
4. How many flats they are able to sell till now

Till now i don't get the demand letter from VBHC, i got a call from there Mumbai Office to confirm that  i recv the Demand Letter or not?

I got the demand letter yesterday and planning to transfer the money by weekend.
