Hi Amar,
    I talked to Chandrahaas Tiwari ( Kalicharan  is on leave for 15 days ), he says physically they will hand over Patta papers after 5th Jan as the company is planning to give it in similar way as flat handover is done. Dont exactly know what he means. But, he says the papers are already in the office.

By the way, I am among the unfortunate ones whose patta papers did not come in first lot. Manish in Bhiwadi says, they are expected in Jan first or second week.
