Plot Rate

I'm planning to buy a plot in VBHC Bhiwadi.

May I know what is the actual plot rate for the VBHC Bhiwadi. As per their website its 18500 but wanted to check if there is any discount or any good dealer who gives good discount.

Hello Amar,

   As far as I know, company is happier if you deal directly with them. Till now, they had been giving 500Rs/sq Yd discount for every direct purchase. Please check with them if they still offer discount. I am not sure about the dealers. Also, most of the plots are already sold and they have not released remaining inventory. So you need to check the plot locations and size before hand.

Others, please help Amar if more info is available.

I checked with them directly and they are ready to give me the 500 discount and there are few inventory available.

Bipin from VBHC provided me the list of available plots and tomorrow I'll give him the booking cheque for the plot which I selected.

He sent me an email for holding the plot for me with the rate confirmation.

Please guide if anything else do I need to check.

Welcome Aborad Amar Ji,

   Please check if plot shape is rectangular by seeing the map. There are PLCs on various locations, which you must have checked. I checked the plot facing and took the north-east facing (mostly east, some north, but this is personal choice).

Anyone knows any property dealer who can offer <18K plots for VBHC, please help Amar.
