Came to know that Kris is coming with plots on Alwar road (very near to our VBHC township) at ~20-21K. It may just be rumor, but if it is true, prices are really moving fast. Given most of the plots right now dont have licenses, VBHC seems the best bid.

VBHC has 90A license and with 15month delivery period for plots and 2 year for flats it should be livable by 2015. With HDFC financing, it should be in demand for end user.
