Contract
Operations, Maintenance, and Problem Resolution support for an Windows 10 /Win 7 Operating system Architecture, application deployment, network, and desktop environment
Develop/create and maintain Windows 10 Architecture, integrate and test software applications and upgrades, package and deploy base image.
Troubleshoot issues with deployed images and applications in production, develop resolutions, test and deploy, and validate global issue resolutions.
Develop and deploy scripting and automation for image and application deployment/operational and maintenance in support of production systems and workstations, including batch and PowerShell scripting, PXE, .msi development and modification
Strong hands on experience in SCCM Infrastructure
Advanced Level knowledge and experience in SCCM design, configuration, implementation and migration
Experience in MDT/SCCM/Bit Locker Technologies
Experience in SCCM Client troubleshooting
Knowledge and experience in Software deployment, Patching & OSD
Knowledge and experience in Backup & Recovery of SCCM
Ability to communicate with the customer under complex situations.
Strong communication skill (written and verbal)
