Thanks a lot for the pictures and comments! I will respond to each letter, in due time,

but it requires some thought. In the meantime, I'm forwarding you the program of the

Group Theory conference in Lecce, September 05--08. I was SUPPOSED to be there,

but I survived two VERY VERY VERY tough academic years, and there is still a VERY

VERY tough semester ahead of me (in the Spring 2018 I have a Sabbatical, that I'm

going to spend in India and China, with SOME teaching, but in a relaxed way).

Thus, I decided to take vacations with my family in Sardegna/Lazio instead. But my

former student, my current friend, and my alter ego, Alexei Stepanov, will be there, to

speak for both of us. At least Italians should try to visit.

Advances in Group Theory and Applications is an open access journal of
the nonprofit association AGTA. The aim of the journal is to publish
high-quality research papers containing original and significant
results in any topic of group theory and its applications. Papers are
accepted after a rigorous peer-review process. There are no
publication processing charges, since all costs associated with the
publication and production are covered by the association AGTA.
