Vote for emergency notification process and vendor at Next Board meeting

Dougl,  I think the Board may be prepared to vote on the emergency notification vendor.  We need the proposals for that in time to put it on the agenda for the meeting this coming Wednesday.  The proposals should include the intended vendor(s) and the NTE cost.  Best would be to get that proposal to me today.
