I am forwarding the minutes from our July BOD meeting. Before i sign off with KinLiving, I am asking you to look at Section VIII (b) about owernship compliance on Vaux insureance requirements. I could use your eyes on Section VIII (b) re ownership compliance tracking on Vaux insurance requirements. I thought we were unanimous and just want to understand discussion re Pauls abstain. Didnt Paul support with the caveat that Hal and I would help?
