Old tire and rim

Good Morning from the Crooked River, 40 miles east of Bend where the fishing is
good

Wanted to mention that someone left an old tire and rim near the dumpster by Savier bldg. It is on a rusted rim and is heavy. I believe this cannot be thrown in the trash and should not have been left there in the first place. Once again, we will have to pay to dispose of someone’s trash. Bad form by that individual, should we check cameras?
