Communication from Kin Living to the Vaux

I find emails sent from Kin Living to each individual on the Board to be particularly bothersome. Open meeting rules aside, wide distribution tends to draw us into responses from multiple Board members. Sometimes, differing responses may cause confusion. And more emails may be necessary for clarification.

I suggest that when Kin Living (Tim M. or Amanda) sends an email to the Board they send it to either Hal, as the default contact, or to the vauxofficers address. In a thread within vauxofficers, we all can weigh in amongst ourselves. Then one of us can respond with our consensus opinion/direction.

I should have added an option for Kin Living to direct an email to a Board liaison or point person who supports the relevant committee or project.

Then we can discuss and one of us respond.
