Access Control System Audit & Clean Up

I request that we schedule a planning meeting before the 5/20 board meeting.

I had hoped to complete the entire audit & clean up process by now, but the project still has not started. We need to discuss:

• events of the last 4-5 months
• what prevented the Vaux from moving forward
• what the Vaux created as alternatives
• the access control matrix the Vaux created
• policy decisions for several access categories & settings (e.g, resident family members; remote access by vendors; etc.)
• validation steps & subsets
• communication process as the Vaux & Kin Living identify & correct non-conforming access permissions

Once we make a few policy decisions and establish a communication process, we should be ready to move ahead.

Note that I am furious about the response from Kin Living. Some of the discussion may point to poor vender support. We may wish to hold the planning session in an executive session.

So, can we schedule a meeting for next week?
