New Vacuum for the Vaux?

All,

A large package has been sitting in the Raleigh lobby since about Wednesday. It was addressed to: Vaux Condominiums, 2335 NW Raleigh St, Portland, OR 97210

The phone number listed was 562-639-6990.

I called the number and spoke with Jess Shipman. Jess places orders for Tross. She informed me that Kin Living approved the purchase. I explained that the Vaux recently purchased a $3,900 vacuum. We do not need another, smaller vacuum cleaner (estimated cost per Amazon of $800-$900). I concluded by stating that I will follow up with the Board and Kin.

Who approved the purchase and why?

The unwanted vacuum now is in my unit, shipping box opened (to view the packing list), product box unopened. It is available for someone to pick it up and return it to Ferguson Facilities Supply.

In short, the Vaux does not need another vacuum. 

Someone please explain the situation.
