Shall we do a planning meeting this week?  If yes, I suggest Thursday, 05/14, 1:00 PM @ my house. Thoughts?

I can make Thursday at 1PM.
We may need a portion of that meeting to discuss elements of elevator modernization.  We (Diana and I) would like Jerry Jay to be at the planning meeting to explain a couple of things and to accept our thanks for an incredible job in assisting our negotiation.
BTW, hopefully, all of our work on elements of the contract will be completed by today or tomorrow.

Agenda item:

Access Control - audit & clean-up of current access permissions
  • status: not started
  • what transpired (or not) during the last 3+ months
  • where we are today
  • discussion needed to verify/establish access permission policy (perhaps followed by action in a board meeting) 
  • launching the project - communication, steps, etc.
The current status of access permissions is a potentially significant security risk to residents living in the Vaux and to Vaux-owned property. In my view, we need to support this as a priority project.

Good.
Also, the roof/HVAC activity.  perhaps have Tom Hellie come in and update us. While I don’t consider this an emergency, for some residents, it is urgent and I fear we are a critical path item for them to keep the momentum going.
