Today’s cleanup

Hi Tim, Diana tells me you’re sending a team out to clean up the urine in the elevator lobby of the Raleigh building. It was quite a mess in the courtyard from last night, broken glasses, etc. I already cleaned it up, but there is a mess still in the fountain just outside the Savior elevator lobby door. If you guys can clean that up too, I’d appreciate it and we intend to bill the resident owners for this cost, you might advise me if we can just build them directly or do we have to encourage the cost at the HOA and then Bill back?
