Thanks Tom,

It appears that we are going to have 2 planning meetings within the next 2 weeks. There are 2 agenda items that will precede the HVAC discussion:

1. Access cleanup
2. Elevators

these could eat up most of the time on the first meeting and the HVAC discussion will bleed into and get a significant agenda time in the second planning meeting.

Which is to say, for the FIRST meeting, can you be prepared to UPDATE us on status and developments? But we might not have enough time to discuss them until the SECOND meeting.
