Power issue

I had my carpets and couches cleaned yesterday. The cleaner machine was a big monster and it kept tripping my circuits. All is good after I reset the breakers OTHER than my bedroom and study. Even after flipping the breaker, it wont come on. Interestingly, that breaker switch has an ARC FAULT feature added to it with a small test button. Any of you familiar with this?

If not, do any of you have Manny's (the handyman who lives here) contact info?

I just used Manny to replace a faulty fireplace switch, and he was competent, fat, and pleasant.  I don't remember what I did with his number, but it's up on the bulletin board in the basement elevator lobby.
