Planning meeting

Unfortunately, we seem to have missed the window for a legal planning meeting, so I'm suggesting we plan on e for a later date to deal with insurance, liabilities and bill back issues.

May I suggest Thursday the 16th or Friday the 17th≥. Later in the day, both days...say 4PM either day.
