Here is the current...not "FINAL" ...contract with TKE.  Tim, Hal, Amanda, this should be part of the Board package for this Wednesday's meeting, and put on the agenda for a vote.  The vote should be accepting this deal with TKE, but subject to review of the final contract.  As Bill G., suggests, Jason Grosz should review our final contract when it is ready to review.  I Will await Bill G. 's instructions on when the contract is final and when Jason should regview it.

Hi Paul,

The *FINAL* contract will not be ready for signature by Wednesday. Attached is the *DRAFT* AIA 104 contract provided by TKE. I am also attaching the specification and supplemental docs that will be attached as exhibits to the contract. We will also want TKE to provide a schedule of values to insert.

I have also not yet received a price from TKE to work on two buildings simultaneously, and we will need that number to put in the contract if the HOA decides they want to do that option.

I also recommend that you have your legal person (Jason Grosz) review the final contract prior to signature.
