Regarding Elevator Modernization Contractor Choice

I understand that Bill Greenland has talked to Paul and will be recommending that TKE's bid be accepted for a variety of reasons:

• staffing
• experience
• cost

I FULLY support going with TKE. I wont be at the next Board meeting to vote and I understand that I can't do in wiriting. But I do want it understood what my position is on this matter.
