Joe, we agree with your observations.  We and Jerry will move forward.  Our notes on the intended contract now sit with Bill Greenland, and we don't think that move by Kone will interfere.  Our hope is to get the deal done and greenlighted by Jason Grosz and the Board ASAP...hopefully as early as our next Board meeting.  That is our HOPE. We, as well,  suspect that the deal is important in their corporate scheme of purchase and merge plans.
