Request for Security and BM Committees.

I just got out of a Regroup meeting with Hal and Amanda.

We discussed, among other things, the security incident and EV charging. I took an action item to contact each of you regarding what we would like the Security Committee and the BMC to do:

1. Security Committee - we discussed what we could do make the cages impenetrable and came to the conclusion that our real focus should be on the door from the garage. Bob, can the security committee investigate and come up with options to fix or even REPLACE that door with newest technology to make it as impenetrable as can be? Don't worry about cost at this point, bring in top 3 or so recommendations from door companies etc.... I doubt you could do this by next Board meeting but if you can make this urgent, pls do. And contact me if this is not clear. Thansk
2. BMC - Cindy, per our discussion earlier this week, pls get formal proposal/quote from Tice regarding installation of charging box in Savier electrical room. We'd like to bring this to a vote in March BOD. Is this possible?
