If we get a chance to discuss to discuss Planning in tomorrow's meeting, I would like to discuss the Balanced Scorecard approach,

See attached. It can be a loose conversation but I think it may help us for 1) future planning and 2) measuring our success across all the right areas.

Pls just take a look at attached in advance. I made it very simple.... But it can be powerful
