Hello — I see your lock photo and the linked Schlage pages. You are the first to apply within the scope of our new BOD policy with regard to smart / electric locksets, and I don’t know what our Board will jointly decide.
My only comment is your mockup shows a handle with a double bend, unlike our standard, and I wonder: could the handle from your current lock be fitted for stylistic consistency?

Hello!
We just recently joined the community in unit #118. We are interested in installing a smart lock and wish to submit one for approval. I read the community post and believe this is the correct process, but please let us know if we should be submitting somewhere else.
We also had a question about the door seals. Is maintenance/replacement of this handled by the owners or the association? In either case, is there a recommended product/vendor or process for replacement?
The locks we would like to install are Schlage Encode Plus Deadbolt and Schlage Elan Passage Handle in Satin Chrome. These are drop-in compatible with the existing door holes so require no modification to the door. I also attached a mockup of what the door handle would look like using photos from the Schlage site.

Hal pointed out to me that the mockup is a bit unclear since the original handle sticks out from under the new one in the image making it look like there are two bends.
Here is an updated mockup that shows the proposed handle more clearly.
