It looks like we have had another spill of unknown source and material material on the carpet in the elevator lobby at garage level.  The size seems to be growing, meaning that it is still wet (??).

I don’t know if it represents a health hazard, but it looks terrible.  It seems t me that we should have a protocol for addressing carpet spills like that, whether by having a cleaning machine here that Michael can use in such cases, or calling in an outside carpet cleaning firm to get on it.

Someone did a spill about a year ago, in the same location, and nothing was done.  It’s too bad the the responsible person can’t tell Kin they spilled something (if they didn’t in this case).
