Formal complaint

Dear Kin Living,

Last night, December 13, between the hours of 10:30 PM and midnight I was barraged with noise coming from 304 directly below my bedroom. While I can’t say what was going on, I can say it felt like or sounded like things were being thrown, heavy things, walls were being pounded or run into and then evolved into some very loud music which had an eerie sort of magnetic vibrato thing going on that literally shook my walls. All this to say, that I had a terrible sleep, and I am amazed that one person, one bad actor, can impact a community so quickly annd deleteriously and so definitively. I know that we’re all working on this and it will move slower than any of us want it, but it is a significant issue and one that we need to address clearly and with a high priority. 

Please file this as a formal complaint for the incident last night. And by the way, as my wife took the dog out this morning, she said that pot smoke was wreaking into the elevator as she passed the third floor. Whether or not the smoking that pot was on the elevator or in the hallway or in a unit, I don’t know. But I feel for the people on that floor and I’m glad I’m on the board right now because this needs to be resolved and I am dedicated to it.
