As you may know, I had a hospital procedure this morning where they knocked me out and stuck an ultrasound down my esophagus to check a “severe” leakage of my heart’s mitral valve. They determined that it’s not leaking so severely as to the point of needing a fix, but that if a fix becomes necessary, they can do it by inserting a clip, avoiding open heart surgery. Before they do anything to fix it, they want me to experience symptoms…which I do not have.
