Does the scope of work on window cleaning include the metal paneling on the ledges outside the balconies (expecially on 4th floor)? They are caked with dirt and should be cleaned while they are up there.

I don't think it's included, but I don 't mind adding it.  Is it the same on all the ledges' metal panels?

I can only speak to what I see on the 4th floor. the whole ledge is a mess. though not noticeable from the street it is easily seen by 4th floor resident and it's not good. Kyle actually cleans it through our railing occasionally. They were cleaned on previous window cleanings but not sure we have the same vendor. It really needs to be scrubbed and sprayed off.

I'm forwarding this to Tim Miller and Amanda to confirm that the ledges are part of the window washing deal.
Joe, you might have to be a bit more explanatory for Tim or Amanda to understand what needs to be done.

In agreement with Joe, part of the charm of the Vaux is it’s curb appeal — let’s keep that looking pristine.
